The staff was excellent, attentive, caring, friendly and always working making sure things are taken care of. We loved the beds those were our favorite.

The room was great. At first I had a problem with operating the T. V. But I called the front desk the gentleman was so nice and he helped very well. And showed me twice on how to operate the remotes and I was able to do it myself. The towels were smaller I liked the others ones better. Because we're larger. But those were Ok. Just smaller. I had to use 2 towels each time.

The property was good. They’re doing through my remodel no coffee pots in the rooms no coffee in the lobby no breakfast at this time.

The staff especially Ms. Sandy are great. At this point i stay there every 3 to 4 months to visit family & she knows me & recognizes my name & my room is usually ready . I wouldn't stay any where else @ this point. Cleaning is done well especially due to covid & i feel safe there. My hats off to you my friends @ Baymont Inn.

The pool was nice and warm, the location of the hotel was close to 2 restaurants and across the street from a gas station.
